Crunchwrap Supreme

1. Preheat griddle to 350 degrees and oil as needed.
2. Meanwhile, begin building your crunch wrap supreme by adding chicken queso, and hot sauce to the middle of a large tortilla (in that order). Spread sour cream across the tostada and place on the chicken mixture. Add lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese before placing the small tortilla on top (it’s important that all the ingredients are centered in the middle of the large tortilla). Tuck the edges of the large tortilla inwards to enclose the ingredients and set aside.
3. Once the griddle has preheated, place the crunch wrap supreme folded side down and cook until the bottom has browned (the folded side will also firm into place during this step). Flip over and continue cooking until the top has browned.
4. Once both sides are thoroughly browned, remove the crunch wrap from the grill, slice in half and serve. Enjoy!
